Is Genesis really free?
The Free plan is designed to let you experience the complete Genesis workflow without a credit card. Standard usage limits apply and are shown in the product before you start a mission.
Do I need to bring my own API keys?
No. Genesis manages model access for you and automatically selects the best model for each task across leading providers. There's nothing to configure and no keys to manage.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Free is available now. Pro is in early access and Team is a managed pilot; paid activation, changes, renewal terms, and cancellation are confirmed with you before any charge. Self-service paid billing is not yet available in the product.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?
Your existing work remains in the workspace. You can continue when the allowance resets or request Pro early access. Genesis does not silently activate a paid plan.
How is my work isolated and reviewed?
Software execution runs in isolated cloud sandboxes. Generated plans and documents stay reviewable inside your workspace, and consequential connector actions are governed through explicit permissions and approval gates. See the Terms and Privacy pages for the contractual details.
How does the Team pilot work?
Team is currently a managed pilot. Shared workspaces, organization insights, role controls, connector governance, seat scope, and support are confirmed before activation. SSO and centralized self-service billing are not represented as live capabilities on this page.
